I hereby apply for membership in Democracy Direct White Rock (DDWR). I have read and support the purposes of DDWR (set out below). Upon admittance as a member, I agree to uphold DDWR’s constitution and comply with DDWR’s bylaws, as may be amended and as in effect from time to time. I consent to receiving notices and announcements from DDWR via first class mail or email and acknowledge that delivery of such notices shall be deemed to be effective one day after deposit in a Canadian postal box, in the case of delivery via first class mail, and on the date of transmission, in the case of delivery via email. Delivery of an executed copy of this Membership Application by PDF copy or other means of electronic communication capable of producing a printed copy will be deemed to be execution and delivery of this Membership Application effective as of the date first set forth below.

Purposes:
The purposes of the DDWR are
(a) to support and encourage
(i) the improvement of electoral processes;
(ii) free and fair elections;
(iii) greater accountability, transparency and good governance in the administration of government;
(iv) community-oriented development; and
(v) awareness and protection of the environment and publicly owned assets and
amenities; and
(b) with respect to elections, to promote those candidates and points of view that have been approved by a majority of the members of Democracy Direct White Rock.
